A Number 7, 5 gauge 5-lever mortice key blank is a heavy-duty steel or brass blank used by locksmiths to cut duplicate keys for standard residential and commercial 5-lever mortice sashlocks or deadlocks.

Because it is a blank key it must be cut to a specific pattern by a locksmith.
