Blackfriars Patent Knotting is a solution is for sealing knots and resinous areas on interior and exterior timber. Quick drying and produces a pale brown film that seals the surface. Prior to use, scrape and de-grease using methylated spirits.Thinning is not required or recommended. Application is by brush, to be applied at least 12mm beyond the affected area. Touch dry between 15-30 minutes and recoatable in 1 hour. 2 coats are recommended.
