A sandable sealer for closing pores of bare wood prior to finishing with a polish, wax or lacquer.
High build finish is ideal for covering small imperfections before over-coating. Seals the substrate so less top coat is required. Contains an additive to ease sanding once dry. Suitable for interior use only. Very High VOC Barrettine Shellac Sanding Sealer is perfect for sealing bare timber, including MDF, and can be used as a sealer prior to the application of traditional French Polish, Button Polish, wood waxes and lacquers. Made from natural Shellac and grain filler dispersed in methylated spirits and contains an additive to facilitate smoother sanding when dry.
